Chow Mein Casserole

The Chow Mein Casserole recipe is easy to follow and the end result is extremely tasty. My family loves the flavors of this dish. Try the Chow Mein Casserole and you will understand why we love this dish so much!


Boiling water 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Uncooked converted rice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground beef 1 Pound
Chopped celery 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Instant minced onion 3 Tablespoon
Condensed chicken with rice soup 10 1/2 Ounce (1 Can)
Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce , drained (Use 1 Can)
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
Butter/Margarine 1 Teaspoon


Heat oven to 350°.

Mix water, rice and salt; cover.

Cook and stir ground beef, celery and onion until meat is brown.

Drain off fat.

Mix all ingredients.

Pour into greased 2 quart casserole.

Cover tightly; bake 30 minutes.

Uncover and stir; bake 30 minutes longer.
