Capsicum and Bean Sprouts Stir-fry Soup

A simple yet healthy and refreshing soup with capsicum and bean sprouts.


Red capsicum 1 Cup (16 tbs) , thinly sliced
Bean sprouts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Oil/Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
Onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , thinly sliced
Salt To Taste
Fresh ground black pepper To Taste
Corinader leaves 1 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Hot water 3 Cup (48 tbs)



1. In a wok, heat oil over high flame, add onion and fry for a while, add in the capsicum,bean sprouts, cook for another few minutes.

2. Pour in water, add salt, cook over high flame for few minutes or until aromatic. Season with pepper.


3. Garnish with coriander and serve.
