This chicken appetizer has an Asian flavor to it with the use of Szechuan seasonings. It tastes good with any dip.

Szechuan seasoning To Taste
Olive oil 100 Milliliter

GETTING READY

1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and marinate for around 1 hour.

MAKING

2. Heat a griddle on medium heat and cook the chicken till done.

3. In a serving platter, serve the chicken fillets with any dip of choice.
