Veggie Hakka Noodles

An easy Chinese side dish, Hakka noodles, preparation is so easy that you wish to make it every day. And the taste is so great that your family / guest would like to have it everyday.


Noodles 100 Gram (cooked according to package instructions)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Green beans 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , sliced
Corn kernels 2 Tablespoon
Salt and pepper To Taste



1. Heat a wok on high heat and pour in the oil. Add in the onion and stir for 30 seconds.

2. Stir in the green beans and corn kernels. Continue to stir for 2 – 3 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add in the noodles. Stir fry for another one minute.


3. Garnish Hakka Noodles with coriander leaves and serve.
