Healthier Baked Fruit Filled Spring Rolls

Ever thought of having a sweet spring roll? Yes you heard right. A fruit filled spring roll that will certainly satisfy your sweet cravings. The natural sweetness of the fruits, the added crunch of nuts and the feel of the crisp outside and moist interiors is hard to resist.


Cinnamon stick 1
Banana 1 Large , cubed (Small cubes)
Golden delicious apples 1 , cubed (Small cubes)
Orange segments 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Drained)
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Crushed almonds 2 Tablespoon
Cinnamon applesauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Spring roll wrapper 8 (7 Inch Square)
Butter flavored cooking spray 8 , spray



1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.


2. In the skillet, using the butter flavored cooking spray, saute the cubed apple, banana, and orange segments along with cinnamon, till slightly soft.

3. Then add honey and crushed almonds and mix well.

4. Cook for few more minutes till the moisture evaporates and then turn off gas. Remove the cinnamon piece.

5. Place some of the fruit mixture on the spring roll wrapper and fold carefully to form a spring roll. Seal the ends properly.

Tip - Roll from the corner to the center, then fold top and bottom corners in, and continue rolling. Dip your finger in water and brush the last edge to seal. Repeat with others.

6. On a greased baking try, place the the rolls spacing them apart carefully, spray each with the butter spray and bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes, not more.


7. Serve warm drizzled with cinnamon applesauce.
