Hakka Noodles - an all-time favorite! Tossed with fresh vegetables and seasoned with just salt and pepper. How easy a recipe can be? Serve this with a vegetarian or Non vegetarian main dish.
Noodles | 100 Gram (cooked according to package instructions) | |
Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Spring onion | 1 , finely chopped (white and green part seperated) | |
Cabbage | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped | |
Carrot | 1/2 , julienned | |
Green bell pepper | 1/2 , julienned | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Chives | 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped |
MAKING
1. Heat a wok on high heat and pour in the oil. Add in the white part of green onion and stir for 30 seconds.
2. Stir in the cabbage, carrot and bell pepper, stir for 2 – 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add in the noodles along with green part of the onion. Stir fry for another one minute.
SERVING
3. Garnish Hakka Noodles with chives and can be served with Veg Stir Fry or Chicken Stir Fry .
