Chinese Prawn Noodles

Prawns 1 Pound (peel on)
Lemon 1 , sliced
Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon , divided (or wheat free soy sauce)
Toasted sesame seed oil 1 Tablespoon
Chopped green onion 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , divided
Chopped cilantro 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dry ginger powder 1 Teaspoon (or 1
Garlic clove 3 , crushed
Juice of lemon 1/2
Cellophane noodle 150 Gram (3 rolls)
Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Grape seed oil 3 Tablespoon (or any high smoking oil)
Chili pepper 1



1. In a bowl, marinade prawn with lemon slices, soy sauce, sesame seed oil, green onion, cilantro, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.

2. Squeeze lemon juice on top and set it aside for 20-30 minutes.

3. In a bowl, place noodles and pour boiling water on top. Stir and set aside for 5-7 minutes.


4. Preheat wok to high and pour oil in it.

5. Pierce chili and pop it in oil. Cook for few minutes to infuse flavor. Remove and set aside.

6. Add prawn along with the marinade in the flavored oil and cook for 7-10 minutes or until opaque.

7. After 7 minutes, stir in noodles along with green onion and soy sauce.


8. Garnish with green onion and cilantro and serve hot.
