Sweet And Sour Vegetables

Healthy and wholesome vegetarian dish. You can add vegetables of your choice to this one.


Oil 4 Tablespoon
Paneer 200 Gram , cubed
Onions 100 Gram , cubed
Capsicum 100 Gram , cubed
Tomatoes 100 Gram , cubed
Pineapple 150 Gram , cubed
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Tomato ketchup 4 Tablespoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Cornflour 1 Tablespoon
Water 4 Tablespoon



1. In a pan, heat the oil, add the paneer and stir fry for a minute.

2. Next, add the onions, capsicum, tomatoes and pineapple and cook for 2 minutes. The vegetables should become crunchy by this time.

3. Add the sugar, ketchup, salt, vinegar, corn flour and water and combine well together. Let the mixture thicken up and then take off the heat.


4. Serve along with rice or noodles.
