Ingredients

Lean ground beef/Pork 1 Pound
Fresh bean sprouts 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Minced bamboo shoots 3 Tablespoon
Mushrooms 4 , minced
Scallions 2 , minced
Thin ginger root slices 2 , minced
Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon
Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
Freshly ground pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1. Combine beef or pork, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, scallions, gingerroot, dry sherry, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, ground pepper together

2. Shape into 4 patties

SERVING

3. Serve with sweet-sour apricot sauce
