Chinese Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

Chicken breasts 3 , cut in bite size pieces
Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Walnuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , coarsely chopped
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In 10" glass skillet heat oil (high) 45 seconds, add chicken and stir-fry at high for about 4 minutes.

2. Add remaining ingredients and continue to stir-fry at high for 3-4 minutes more.

3. Let it rest, covered for 5 minutes.

SERVING

4. Serve on soft or chowmein noodles or rice.
