Chicken Bouillon Chinese Style

Ingredients

Chicken 2 1/2 Pound , cut up
Onion 1 , peeled
Carrot 1 , scraped
Parsnip 1 , peeled
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , peeled
Black peppercorns 6
Parsley sprigs/Dried parsley 1 teaspoon
Bay leaf 1
Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Fresh ginger slices/Ground ginger 1 teaspoon
Salt 2 Teaspoon
Water 8 Cup (128 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1) Put all the ingredients in a slow cooker.

2) Cover the cooker and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours. In case the flavor seems too bland, add some more salt and pepper.

3) Strain the liquid.

SERVING

4) Use the bouillon as and when preferred or required. This is an essential ingredient in various soups, salads, casseroles, etc.
