Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients

Rice 3 Cup (48 tbs) , cooked and cooled
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Chicken/Shrimp / leftover meat 1 Cup (16 tbs) , cooked
Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
Salt 3/4 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Green onions 2 , snipped

Directions

MAKING

1) Take a pan and heat oil.

2) Add meat or fish to the oil and cook for a minute.

3) Add eggs along with salt and pepper.

4) Add rice and soy sauce and cook for 5-10 minutes.

SERVING

5) Garnish the dish with green onions.

6) Serve the dish on 6 serving plates.
