Ingredients

Fresh pork 2 Cup (32 tbs) , diced
Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
Celery 3 Cup (48 tbs) , finely chopped
Onion 2 Cup (32 tbs) , finely chopped
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Chicken bouillon cubes 2
Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
Molasses 3 Tablespoon
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Canned bean sprouts 1 Pound (1 Can)
Canned mushroom pieces 4 Ounce (1 Can)

Directions

MAKING

1) Into a frying pan, pour some oil and fry the pork

2) Into some boiling water, dissolve the bouillion cubes and add to the pork

3) Then add the celery, onion and a tablespoon of soy sauce and saute for 10 minutes

4) Add the cornstarch with a tablespoon of soy sauce, molasses and about 1/2 cup of water

5) Tip in the bean sprouts, mushrooms along with the canned liquid

6) Simmer till thickened

SERVING

7) Serve immediately
