Black Cod with Chinese Mustard Sauce

Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon (Japanese Soy Sauce)
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon (Powdered Seeds)
Mirin/Sake 1 Tablespoon
Black cod steaks 8 Ounce
Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon



1) Light the coal to start grill.

2) Make a mixture of 1 tablespoon shoyu, honey, mustard and mirin. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.


3) Apply the cod with a blend of 1 tablespoon shoyu and sesame oil.

4) Place the cod on moderately heated coals and grill for 7-8 minutes each side.


5) Serve Black Cod with Chinese Mustard Sauce hot.
