Chinese Stir Fry Vegetables

Ingredients

Oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion 1 Small , chopped
Celery sticks 2 , chopped
Carrot 1 Medium , cut
Cabbage 1/2 Pound , shredded
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Ground ginger/Chopped ginger 1 Pinch

Directions

MAKING

1) In a covered thick pan, over high heat, cook onion, celery and carrot in oil for 1 minute.

2) Stir in cabbage and seasonings.

3) Fry, covered for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

SERVING

4) Serve immediately.
