Chinese Pork & Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients

Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon , divided
Pork tenderloin 1 Pound , cut into 1/4 inch slices
Assorted vegetables 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Water chestnuts 8 Ounce , drained (1 Can)
Water 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Orange juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat; brown pork.

Remove and set aside.

In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil and cook vegetables, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes.

Add pork to skillet; cook 1 minute or until heated through.
