In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat; brown pork.
Remove and set aside.
In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil and cook vegetables, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes.
Add pork to skillet; cook 1 minute or until heated through.
