Chicken Salad With Chinese Dressing

Soya sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Rice wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Sugar To Taste
Ginger powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Precooked chicken breast 1 , thinly sliced
Iceberg lettuce 1 , thinly shredded
Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs) , thinly shredded
Red onion 1 , thinly sliced
Fresh cilantro 3 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon (Toasted)
Orange zest 1⁄4 Teaspoon



1) Dressing : In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, orange juice, vinegar, ginger powder, salt and sugar to taste blend thoroughly and set aside.

2) In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast, lettuce, carrots and red onion together.

3) Pour over the dressing and toss until thoroughly coated.


4) Spoon the chicken salad mixture over a bed of napa cabbage, garnish with cilatro, sesame seeds, orange zest and serve.
