Ground Beef Chow Mein

Ingredients

Ground beef 1 Pound
Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce , drained (1 Can, 1/2 Cup)
Ground ginger 1/2 Teaspoon
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Brown gravy mix 5/8 Ounce (1 Package)
Onion/1 tablespoon instant minced onion 1 Medium , sliced
Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Stalks)
Canned vegetables 1 Pound , drained (1 Can /2 Cup, For Chow Mein)

Directions

In 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole, crumble ground beef.

Stir in mushrooms, ginger and soy sauce.

Sprinkle with gravy mix.

Cook covered, 5 minutes.

Stir in onion, celery and chow mein vegetables.

Cook covered, 5 more minutes or until vegetables are desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
