|Garlic clove||1 Large , mashed or minced|
|Minced ginger/1 1/2 teaspoons minced green ginger||1 Tablespoon (Candied Or Preserved)|
|Peanut oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1/4 Teaspoon|
Separate broccoli tops from stems; save stems to use another time.
Divide tops into small flowerets.
In a large frying pan, saute garlic and ginger in the oil until lightly browned.
Add broccoli tops; stir and toss, then add water, monosodium glutamate, and soy.
Cover and steam for 5 to 7 minutes, or until broccoli is just barely tender.
