|Broth||6 Cup (96 tbs) (Prepared As For Wonton Soup)|
|Chicken gizzards||3 , scored, sliced|
|Chicken hearts||3 , sliced|
|Slivered bamboo shoots||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken livers||3 , halved / quartered|
|Squid||3 Medium , cleaned, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced|
|Pea pods/1 small bunch bok choy, coarsely chopped and well washed||1/4 Pound , washed|
|Shrimp||6 , shelled, deveined and halved lengthwise|
Bring simmered broth to boil, add gizzards and hearts and cook 3 minutes.
Add bamboo shoots, livers, squid and vegetable; bring back to boil and cook 2 minutes.
Add shrimp, bring just to boil and remove from heat.
Add wontons, as in Wonton Soup.
