Beef Chow Mein

This Beef Chowmein is a very filling meal ! Try out this amazing bake of meat, vegetables, rice and noodles and tell me if you've liked it ! Your suggestions for this Beef Chow Mien are welcome !


Hamburger 1 Pound
Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs) , diced
Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs) , diced
Green pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , diced
Chinese vegetables 1 Can (10 oz)
Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
Cooked brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Quick Cooking Type)
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Canned dry noodles 14 Ounce (1 Large Can)


Fry meat; remove and saute' fresh vegetables.

Then combine with meat.

Add rice, soups and seasonings.

Pour into greased casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 375°; then add the can of noodles to top and bake 15 minutes more.
