|Onion||1 Cup (16 tbs) , diced|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs) , diced|
|Green pepper||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , diced|
|Chinese vegetables||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cooked brown rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Quick Cooking Type)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned dry noodles||14 Ounce (1 Large Can)|
Fry meat; remove and saute' fresh vegetables.
Then combine with meat.
Add rice, soups and seasonings.
Pour into greased casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 375°; then add the can of noodles to top and bake 15 minutes more.
