Vegetable Manchurian is a very popular Indo Chinese dish in India. I hope some of you already made this recipe. Usually Vegetable balls are deep fried and tossed in yummy Manchurian sauce. But This recipe is little different. I will show you how can you fry the balls in less oil and make healthy and delicious Manchurian.

Ingredients

To make vegetable balls:
Cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Carrot 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Plain flour 2 Tablespoon
Corn flour 2 Tablespoon
Ginger 1/2 Teaspoon , chopped finely
Garlic 1/2 Teaspoon , chopped finely
Green chilies 1/2 Teaspoon , chopped finely
Oil 3 Tablespoon
To make sauce:
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Ginger 1/2 Teaspoon , chopped finely
Garlic 1/2 Teaspoon , chopped finely
Green chilies 1/2 Teaspoon , chopped finely
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Tomato ketchup 1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
