Easy Quick Veg Noodles - Instant snack Ideas

Here is a simple and quick recipe for making Chinese stir- fried noodles. Best thing about the recipe is that it can be customized to suit your taste. Whether you want an instant snack or have to whip up a meal for guests, this recipe is great, make it spicy or keep it mild and enjoy :)

Ingredients

Veggies 2 Cup (32 tbs) (I used frozen peas, carrots, corn and beans)
Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
Sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Five spice powder 1 Teaspoon
Hot sauce/Ketchup/ garlic chilli sauce or any other sauce 2 Tablespoon
Noodle 7 Ounce , cooked as per package directions (1/2 package)

Directions

MAKING:

Heat a wok with oil and saute vegetable in it.

Once vegetables turn tender, add vinegar, sauce, salt, spice powder, sesame seeds, sesame oil and stir well.

Add cooked noodles and stir fry until well blended.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
