Chilli Shrimp And Paneer Wonton - 12 Days Of Christmas

This is an old favourite appetizer. Shrimp and Paneer may sound like and odd combination but they work well together with the chilli paste encased in a crispy Wonton shell. These can be made ahead and frozen for your Holiday party or celebration.

Ingredients

Shrimp 8 Ounce , cleaned and deveined
Paneer 6 Ounce , cut in small cubes
Spring onions 4 , finely chopped
Chilli garlic paste/Sambal oelek 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Wonton skins 20
Flour paste 2 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((For deep frying))

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

 

MAKING:                        

In a wok, heat little oil and saute spring onions, shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink.

Add chilli paste, salt, panner and stir well. Allow to cool well.

Place mixture on wonton skins and seal using flour paste as shown in the video.

Deep fry in hot oil.

 

SERVING:                       

Serve and enjoy!
