Red pepper | 1 | |

Broccoli stalk | 1 | |
Bean sprout | 2 Tablespoon | |
Cooked noodles | 8 Ounce | |
Sliced baby carrots | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Ginger paste | 1 Teaspoon | |
Garlic paste | 1 Teaspoon | |
Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Chinese celery | 1 | |
Bean sprouts | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Mushroom | 4 , sliced | |
Schezuan sauce | 4 Tablespoon |
MAKING
1. Heat oil in a wok. Add shallots and fry them up until golden brown.
2. Drop in ginger and garlic paste and cook that with the onion.
3. Add peppers, mushroom, celery and bean sprouts. Saute for a bit.
4. Throw in carrots and broccoli crowns, stir and cook for a bit.
5. Make a well in the centre of the vegetables and add schezuan paste in the centre.
6. Cook the vegetables with the schezuan paste.
7. Add noodles and mix that in.
8. Season with soy sauce, toss it well.
SERVING
9. Serve as it is and enjoy.
