Grated chocolate | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((For deep frying)) | |
Sugar | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((for dusting)) | |
Cinnamon powder | 1/2 Teaspoon ((for dusting)) |
MAKING
1. Brush 2 adjacent sides of the each wonton skin with egg wash.
2. Spoon little bit of grated chocolate onto each skin, fold and seal the edges.
3. In a wok, heat oil and deep fry the wontons.
SERVING
4. Dip the wontons in mixture of sugar and cinnamon and serve.
