Quick Chilli Garlic Noodles

For those who love their noodles spicy! this preparation is a must for the chili and garlic lovers and the fact that it is really simple to cook, makes it an all time favorite. Serve it immediately to enjoy it to the fullest.


Chili oil 1 Tablespoon
Szechuan sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Finely chopped garlic 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Boiled noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Finely chopped spring onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (white and green)
For garnish
Finely chopped spring onion greens 1 Tablespoon



1. In a non-stick pan, heat oil, add spring onion (white and green) and saute over medium flame for a few seconds.

2. Add garlic, Schezuan sauce and sauté for 30 seconds. 

3. Stir in noodles and season with salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes. 

4. Pour chili oil and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.



5. Serve immediately garnished with spring onion greens.



You can use vegetables in the noodles.

For Chili Oil:

Heat oil, add Kashmiri dry red chilies and strain the oil.
