Vegetable Chili

Vegetable Chili has the rich flavors of ground beef, vegetables and tomato sauce. The main upside of this Vegetable Chili is that it wont take much of your time for the preparation part. Give this yummy vegetable chili a try.


Ground beef 1 Pound
Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce , cut up (1 Package Of 10 Ounces)
Frozen mixed vegetables 10 Ounce (1 Package Of 10 Ounces)
Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can Of 8 Ounce)
Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon


In saucepan cook beef and onion till beef is browned.

Drain off fat.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Cover simmer till vegetables are done, about 40 minutes.

Serves 4.
