Spicy Chili

This is a Caribbean Patee Fusion Recipe. Adding some Caribbean flavours into traditional recipes. Here we have chili made with ground chicken, spices, vegetables and mushrooms, and the three types of beans. We add Cumin, and scotch bonnet along with coriander for a unique potent spice!

Ingredients

Ground chicken 2 Pound , ground (brown)
Oil 2 Tablespoon (For greasing)
Onion 1 Medium , chop
Seasoning ingredients
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
Crusty bread loaf 1 Large

Directions

The video is very easy to follow but simply prepare the vegetables before hand. Brown the meat over the oil and chopped onion, then add the seasoning. Then add the tomato juice and vegetables, then the beans and the cumin and salt. Simmer or Slow Cook enjoy with Crusty Bread!
