This video shows you how to make turkey chili from scratch, it's very easy to make and makes for a great one pot meal for busy weeknights.

Chorizo/Hot italian sausage | 1/4 Pound | |
Ground turkey | 1 Pound | |

Coriander | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chili powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
Minced garlic | 1 Tablespoon | |
Fire roasted tomatoes rinsed with 1/2 cup water | 14 1/2 Ounce | |
Black bean | 15 Ounce , drained, rinsed | |
Chicken stock | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Chipotle in adobo sauce | 2 (Optional) | |
Cornmeal | 2 Tablespoon | |
Salt and pepper | To Taste | |
For serving | ||
Corn chips | 250 Gram (as needed) | |
Sour cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
Grated cheddar cheese | 1 1/2 Tablespoon |
MAKING
1. Place a large pot over medium flame and heat olive oil in it.
2. Add celery, and red onion. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir and cook for 10 minutes or until soften.
3. Drop sausage and ground turkey. Turn the heat up to medium high and cook meat for about 5 minutes or until brown and fully cooked through.
4. Add the cumin, coriander, and chili powder. Give it a good stir.
5. Add tomatoes, black beans, chicken stock, and minced garlic. Stir well. Bring the mixture to a boil.
6. Throw chipotle and cornmeal. Stir and let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes.
7. Remove and discard the chipotle chilies.
SERVING
8. Serve turkey chili hot with corn chips, sour cream, and grated cheddar cheese.
