Cucumber Chile Dip

Ingredients

Cucumber 1 Large , peeled and minced
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Cream cheese 3 Ounce , blended with 2 tablespoons sour cream (1 Small Package)
Sour cream 2 Tablespoon (1 Small Package)
Canned green chilies 2 Tablespoon , seeded and chopped (California Style)
Salt To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a mixing bowl mix cucumber and salt. Chill for 1 hour so that liquid is released.

2. Drain the excess liquid from the bowl.

3. Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Blend it well with cucumber.

4. Stir salt and chilies as per taste.

SERVING

5. Serve cucumber chili dip with raw vegetables like red pepper, radishes, cherry tomatoes, green pepper and cauliflower.
