Beer/Beef broth | 12 Ounce | |
Chili powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
Ground cumin | 1 Teaspoon | |
Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Tomato paste | 2 Tablespoon | |
Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |

Hot dogs | 8 | |
Hot dog buns | 8 | |
Garnishes | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((grated Cheddar, chopped onions, pickles jalapeos, mustard)) |
MAKING:
1.Heat a large pot with oil and sauté onions in it for about 1 minute.
2.Add garlic, jalapenos and stir well. Cook for 30 seconds.
3.Add beef, beer and stir well.
4.Add chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, dry mustard, allspice, worcestershire sauce, tomato paste and mix well.
5.Simmer the mixture for 1 hour by stirring occasionally.
6.Add salt and vinegar to taste.
7.In a cast iron pan, heat water and add hot dogs to it. Cook until water evaporates and cook until casing turns crisp.
8.Place hot dog between buns and garnish with onions, jalapenos, cheese and yellow mustard as per taste.
SERVING:
9.Serve with beer and enjoy!
