Crock Pot Recipe: Turkey Chili

Here is an easy Crock Pot Recipe, Turkey Chili. All you have to do is throw the ingredients in and walk away. You can serve this chili any way you like, straight up with your favorite toppings, over nachos, fries, whatever you want. And with this recipe we get an extra bonus because it only has 2 grams of fat per 1 1/4 cup serving. Not bad for a recipe that doesn't take a lot effort.

Ingredients

Diced onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lean ground turkey 1 1/4 Pound
Diced bell pepper 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Diced celery 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Garlic cloves 4 , minced
Bay leaves 1
Grand diamond all purpose seasoning 2 Tablespoon
Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Chili powder 4 Tablespoon
Smoked paprika 1 Teaspoon
Ground cumin 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground coriander 2 Teaspoon
Mexican oregano 1 Teaspoon
Dark brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
Red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon (Optional)
Can diced tomatoes 14 Ounce
Tomato paste 6 Ounce
Worcestershire 4 Tablespoon
Low sodium chicken stock 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Can kidney beans 15 Ounce , rinsed, drained

Directions

MAKING

1, In a pot, add all ingredients except beans, cook for 5 1/2 hours on low heat or at high heat for 8 hours.

2. During last ne hout of cooking, add in the beans.

 

SRVING

3. Serve with rice or as desired.
