Roasted Honey Cinnamon Chickpeas

Ingredients

Canned garbanzo beans 15 Ounce , drained and rinsed
Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon , ground
Canola oil/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Honey 1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 400* F.

2. Pat dry the beans with paper towel.

MAKING

2. In a bowl, combine cinnamon and oil. Add beans into it and coat it well.

3. Pop it into the oven and bake for 40 minutes.

4. When the beans is thoroughly roasted, add honey and toss it well to coat.

5. Pop it back into the oven for another 7 minutes.

SERVING

6. Serve it with juice or milk.
