Honey Chicken Legs Microwave Method

Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.

Ingredients

Chicken legs 8 Large
Soy sauce 250 Milliliter
Honey 4 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , crushed
Freshly grated ginger 1/2 Teaspoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon

Directions

1.Combine soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and oil, Pour over chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours.

2.Arrange chicken legs on a roasting rack.

Cook for 16-18 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH.
