Moscow Mule Chicken- English Grill and BBQ

This is a great recipe for your grill or smoker. You can use the end product for anything you like.

Ingredients

Chicken breast 3 Large
For moscow mule marinade
Lime juice 3 Centiliter
Ginger beer 300 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
Vodka 10 Centiliter
Cucumber slices 10
For the rub
Long pepper pieces 12
Kosher salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Browned onion and garlic 3 Teaspoon , powdered
Chili powder 1 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Mix together vodka, ginger beer and lime juice to make up the Moscow Mule. Soak the chicken in the mule and put the cucumber slices on top.

2. Let the soaked chicken marinate in the mule in the refrigerator for 6 - 8 hours.

3. Prepare rub by crushing together long pepper, kosher salt, browned garlic and onion powder and set it aside.

4. Soak Cedar plank in water for 6 hours or more.

5. Prepare the monolith grill for direct heat at a temperature of about 180 C.

MAKING

5. Take the chicken out, of the marinade pat and dry it with a paper towel.

6. Season the chicken with the rub.

7. Place the cedar plank on heat and let it get heated until it starts smoking a bit. Flip the plank and put your chicken breast over it.

8. Cook the breasts for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the internal meat temperature reaches 65 C. At this moment, remove it from the plank and place it directly over the grill.

9. Let the chicken grill and finish, until the internal temperature reaches 75 C.

SERVING

10. Slice he chicken into pieces and serve it as it is or as a filling for sandwiches.
