Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken on the Weber Kettle

This weeks cook was a fun one. I took a meat that I love, chicken and stuffed it with another meat that I love, ham and added some Swiss cheese for good measure. Then I wrapped it all with bacon. The finished product was delicious. I hope you give it a try.


Chicken breast 2 Small , slit and pockets made
Cheddar cheese slice 2 Small
Brown sugar ham 2
Bacon slices 4 (Thick cut)
Pepper To Taste



1. Get the grill ready for indirect grilling.


2. Stuff each chicken pocket with 1 slice of brown sugar ham and 1 slice of baby cheddar cheese.

3. Wrap it with thick cut bacon slices tightly and season with pepper.

4. Place the stuffed chicken breast on direct heat and grill them at 350 to 400 F with the lid on, until the chicken gets done. Raise the temperature to 500 F to crisp the bacon.

5. Take the chicken off the grill.


6. Slice the chicken in two pieces and serve it with some chips.
