Chicken Bake

This Chicken Bake is the most perfect one pot dish. Healthy, tasty and amazing dinner loved by adults and children alike!


Russet potato 1 Pound , chop
Yams 1 Pound , chop
Avocado oil 2 Tablespoon
Chicken drumstick 4 Pound
Smoked paprika 1 Teaspoon
Chipotle chili 1/2 Teaspoon
Fresh rosemary sprig 1 (Optional)
For homemade seasoning mix
Dry rosemary 2 Tablespoon
Dehydrated onion 1 Teaspoon
Dehydrated garlic 1 Teaspoon
Lemon zest 2 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
Cracked black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon



For Seasoning Mix:

1. In a small bowl, mix dry rosemary, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, lemon zest, sugar, salt, and pepper.

2. Line a baking pan with foil and set aside.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.


4. Into the lined baking pan, place chopped potato, yam, and chicken. Drizzle oil and add the seasoning mix. Using your hands mix to coat the chicken well with spice mix.

5. Season with paprika and chipotle chili. Add rosemary, pop the pan in oven and bake for 1 ½ hours or until done.


6. Serve hot and enjoy!
