Buffalo Chicken Wings - Super bowl

This low carb Buffalo Chicken recipe is delicious!


Chicken wings 20
Paprika 2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Peanut oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((For deep frying))
For wing sauce
Butter 6 Tablespoon
Hot sauce 4 Tablespoon ((franks hot sauce))
Tabasco sauce 1 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
Sugar substitute 1/2 Teaspoon



1.In a large bowl, add in the wings and season with the paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper and salt. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.


2.In a fryer heat the peanut oil and fry the wings in batches, until cooked through to a deep golden brown, about 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

3.For sauce – in a saucepan, add in butter, followed by the tabasco, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium heat until butter melts. Simmer for 5 minutes.

4.Pour the sauce over the wings and toss well.


5. Serve with celery and ranch dressing.
