Chicken Wings, Baked Not Fried Super Bowl

Baked but so incredibly golden and crisp!

Ingredients

Chicken wings 1 Pound
Oil 1 Tablespoon (For greasing)
Salt 1/2 Tablespoon (Boiled in salt water)
For sauce
Ripe mango 1 , peeled
Habaneros 2
Salt and pepper To Taste
Brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with oil and set aside.

MAKING

2. In a large pot, boil water and add in the salt and chicken wings. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

3. Drain and pat dry thoroughly.

4. Place the chicken over the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-35 minutes, rotating when the skin releases from the pan.

5. In a saucepan, cover the mango and habaneros with water and simmer on medium-low until it gets tender.

6. Cool and puree with salt, pepper, and enough brown sugar to taste.

7. Toss the baked wings in the sauce.

SERVING

8. Serve chicken wings with cold drink.
