Boneless skinless chicken breasts 4
All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Salt 2 Teaspoon
Ground black pepper 2 Teaspoon
Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Oil 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (For deep frying)



1. In a bowl, place flour and season it with salt and pepper. Mix well.

2. In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk and water.

3. Dredge the chicken with the flour, shake off the excess, dip it in buttermilk, put it back into the flour, coat well and set aside for 7-8 minutes.

4. In a pot, heat oil until it reaches 350 degree F. Deep fry the chicken breasts in hot oil for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown, flipping once about half way though.


5. Serve and enjoy!
