Caramelized Onions, Apples & Brie-Stuffed Chicken

Caramelized onions, sweet apples and creamy brie cheese stuffed in chicken will leave your mouth watering until the next bite.


Butter 2 Tablespoon
Sweet onion 1
Gala apple 1
Boneless skinless chicken breast 4
Salt and cracked black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Brie cheese 4 Ounce
Poultry seasoning 3 Teaspoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Chicken broth 5 Ounce



1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.

2. Cut horizontal pocket in the chicken breasts and season the inside of the pockets with salt and pepper.


3. Place a large saute pan, over medium high flame and add in the butter and sweet onions. Saute for about 8 minutes or until onions become slightly caramelized.

4. Add in the apples and cook for about 4 minutes or until tender.

5. Stuff the breasts evenly with the onion-apple mixture and brie.

6. Season the outside evenly with poultry seasoning.

7. In a large skillet over high heat add in olive oil and the stuffed chicken breasts. Cook for about 4 minutes or until browned, flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes.

8. Pour the chicken broth into the skillet.

9. Pop skillet into the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.


10. Spoon broth over the chicken, serve and enjoy!
