Chicken Wings 2 Ways - How to do Wings With 2 Different Style of Sauces

This is my version on chicken wings 2 ways. 1st is a Thai peanut sauce and 2nd is a original buffalo sauce via Ballistic BBQ buffalo sauce.


Chicken wings 6 Pound (Wings + Drums)
For the buffalo sauce
Olive oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Buffalo sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
For thai peanut sauce
Creamy peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Soy sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , minced
Ginger 1 Teaspoon , grated
Honey 2 Tablespoon (to taste)
Siracha sauce 2 Tablespoon (to taste)
Lime 1/2 , juiced



1. THAI PEANUT SAUCE: In a medium bowl, add peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sriracha sauce, honey and lime juice. Whisk well timm it forms a smooth sauce. Taste and adjust the taste as required. Set aside.

2. In another bowl, make the BBQ Sauce. Set aside.

3. Prepare the grill.


4. In a large bowl, put chicken wings and drums. Pour olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss well to coat all evenly.

5. Put them on the grill and cook covered for around 40 minutes or till they turn brown. Transfer into a dish.

6. Divide the chicken into 2 equal portions.

7. In a deep fryer put the cooked chicken wings in batches and fry for around 5 minutes.

8. Transfer one portion into the Thai Peanut sauce and toss it well till coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Repeat this with the Buffalo BBQ sauce, but do not garnish with sesame seeds.


9. In a serving platter serve the chicken wings with sour cream or any other dip of choice.
