Moms Quick And Simple Chicken Fry

Ingredients

Chicken 1/2 Kilogram , skinned (medium size pieces with bones)
Onion 2 Large , chop
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Tumeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Green chili 3 , slit lengthwise
Coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon , chopped finely
Mint leaves 1 Teaspoon , chopped finely
Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING:

1.In a pressure cooker add the chicken pieces along with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, mint leaves and salt and pressure cook it for 3 whistles.

2.Heat oil in a pan.

3.Add onions, garam masala , boiled chicken and coriander powder and stir fry it until the water evaporates.

SERVING:

4.Add lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves and serve it either with roti,phulka or rice.
