GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, mix together sour cream and flour, set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine together white wine, soup, and mushrooms until well combined.
MAKING
3. In a plate, place chicken and sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
4. In a crock pot, place chicken and stream the mushroom mixture over chicken.
5. Sprinkle with a little more paprika on top.
6. Put the lid on and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
7. During last 30 minutes of cooking, remove chicken, keep warm and stir in sour cream mixture.
SERVING
8. On serving plate, place the chicken and spoon sauce over chicken.
9. Serve with rice or noodles as desired.
