Chicken wings | 3 Pound | |
Seasoning | 2 Tablespoon (Grand Diamond All Purpose Seasoning) | |
Lemon pepper seasoning | 2 Tablespoon (Grand Diamond Lemon Pepper Seasoning) | |
Garlic | 8 Clove (40 gm) , mince | |
Habanero pepper | 1/2 Small | |
Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
Hot sauce | 12 Ounce (Frank’s Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Prepare a 2 baking pan line it with foil.
MAKING
3. In 2 separate large bowls divide the chicken wings and season one with Grand Diamond Lemon Pepper seasoning and the other with Grand Diamond All Purpose Seasoning.
4. Place baking rack on the lined baking pan. Place the 2 type of chicken on separate racks, skin side up with about 1 inch of space between each wing.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Turn the chicken over half way through the cooking time.
6. Towards the final 10 minutes of the cooking time, start making the wing sauce.
7. In a sauce pot, pour the hot sauce and simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, do not boil.
8. In another large skillet over medium-low heat, add the butter, garlic and habanero.
9. Melt the butter, stirring the garlic and habanero. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes or just until the garlic has softened. Turn off the heat.
10. Pour the hot sauce over the butter mixture and stir, Pour the hot wing sauce over the chicken immediately and stir.
SERVING
11. Serve with carrots, celery and bleu cheese sauce.
