Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

This Garlic Parmesan Wing recipe is one that you will really enjoy.


Chicken wings 8
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((For deep frying))
For garlic parmesan chicken sauce
Melted unsalted butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , minced
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1 Dash , grounded
Parmesan cheese 4 Tablespoon , grated



1. Cut the chicken wings at the joints and discard the tip.


2. In a medium bowl add in the chicken wings. Season with garlic powder, oregano and salt.

3. Place the wings in a deep fryer and fry for 12 minutes. Take out the wings and place over a paper towel and set aside.

4. For Sauce - In a bowl add in the butter, garlic powder, salt, onion powder and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

5. Pour the butter mixture over the chicken pieces and mix in. Sprinkle the oregano, parsley and parmesan cheese over the chicken.


6. Serve Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings with orange mocktail and enjoy!


If baking these wings, bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn at the 30 minute mark.
