GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 355 degree F or 180 degree C.
2. In a bowl, add chicken, onion, lemon, garlic, thyme and oil. Mix to combine.
MAKING
3. Place a heavy bottom Dutch oven or pan on high flame. Drop chicken along with the other ingredients into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until golden.
4. Pour wine and cook for 30 seconds, scraping the bottom with a wooden spoon.
5. Add stock and bring to the boil.
6. Place pan in oven and roast for 30--35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
SERVING
7. Serve lemon thyme and white wine chicken hot.
