Basil | 1 Tablespoon , chopped finely | |
Garlic | 1 Tablespoon , chopped finely | |
Onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
Mayo paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
Butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Hot sauce | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
MAKING
1. For making sauce - In a sauce pan, add butter and chopped garlic followed by dried onions.
2. Add basil and red pepper flakes in. Sauté for a while and add white pepper.
3. Add hot sauce.
4. In a frying pan, fry chicken in oil till golden.
5. Take the chicken wings out in a bowl when they are golden.
6. Pour the sauce over fried chicken wings.
SERVING
7. Serve it with bread or chapati.
