Cracker Barrel Broccoli Cheddar Chicken

You can make a casserole that tastes just like the Cracker Barrel Broccoli Cheddar Chicken that is served at the Cracker Barrel. Here boneless and skinless chicken breasts are baked in a lovely cheddar sauce. This casserole is topped with buttered Ritz crackers and broccoli.

Ingredients

Boneless skinless chicken breasts 4
Cheddar cheese soup can 10 3/4 Ounce (Campbells)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ritz crackers 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Melted butter 4 Tablespoon
Frozen broccoli florets 8 Ounce
Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce , shredded
Seasoned salt 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix can of Cheddar cheese soup mix according to package directions (one can of soup mix to one can of milk).

3. In a baking dish, place chicken breasts.

4. Season with seasoned salt. Pour 3/4 of the prepared soup over the chicken breasts.

5. Add broccoli to chicken that has been covered with the cheddar soup.

6. Melt butter and combine with Ritz crackers, sprinkle buttered crackers over the broccoli.

MAKING

7. Add remaining soup mix, and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until the chicken is done.

8. Check chicken by cutting the thickest part and look to see that the chicken is uniform in color.

9. When chicken has been removed from oven sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

SERVING

10. Serve right away.
